As a Relationship Manager, you, together with the Relationship Manager to whom you report, are the point of contact for all our member groups and the companies that fall under them (contractors). You will delve into these relationships. You provide services and information to members/contractors by visiting members/contractors. You will also provide training courses in which you explain, among other things, our BI Tool, the Zevij-Necomij Portal and the Zevij-Necomij Catalogue. You will also be involved in the sale of web shops, apps, a PIM system, marketing tools and the Marketing Portal. You promote the use of the Zevij-Necomij Portal and optimize the benefits for members. This includes optimizing EDI traffic so that orders, order confirmations, packing slips and invoices are processed quickly. You help to set up new concepts and services. And finally, you organize the reception of customer groups.

How are you going to handle that?

By using your communication skills you build a relationship with our members and contractors. You visit their companies and are interested in their working method. You transfer the knowledge you have to the members/contractors, so that they can make optimal use of the services that Zevij-Necomij offers. You use your persuasiveness to sell web shops, apps and other tools and to promote the Zevij-Necomij Portal and the Catalogue.

Purpose of the position?

As a Relationship Manager you are a familiar face for the members/contractors. Because you are in close contact with the members/contractors, you will also be the person who ensures that any problems are solved. And you represent the company Zevij-Necomij.
